Updating addresses credit unions
Your account will be marked with a wrong address until you contact us directly.
You may easily update your mailing address through online banking.
If you have any questions or need help, please complete our contact form or call 503.626.6600 or 800.452.8502 to speak with a Contact Center representative.
To update your address or personal information, complete and return one of the forms below or send a message through the online banking messenger.
Please note, that address changes will NOT be completed without the account owner direct consent.
If our investigation has not resolved your dispute, you may add a 100-word statement to your report. If you haven’t given us your latest mailing address or email address, be sure to call us or log into Home Branch to update it.There are some types of mailings that can’t be forwarded by the post office.To change it in Home Branch, log in and go to “My Profile” at the top.

Once logged in, select the “Services” tab and then select “Change my Address”.
